Terms of use

These terms cover your use of FreshTV during our pilot. FreshTV is provided by Mount Victoria Trading Limited, a New Zealand company (“we”). By signing in you agree to them.

The pilot

FreshTV is free while we pilot it. We're still improving it, so features may change, and we may pause or end the pilot. If we do, we'll tell you by email first where we can.

Reserving a price

Reserving a price on our pricing page is not a purchase and creates no obligation for you. We take no payment details. When paid plans start we'll email you, and you can choose whether to sign up at the price you reserved.

Your content

You're responsible for what your screens show — your price lists, notices and the calendars you link. Don't use FreshTV to show anything unlawful, misleading or that you don't have the right to use. We may remove content or suspend a screen that breaks these terms.

Information from others

Weather and transport times come from third parties. We show them as received and can't guarantee they're accurate or available — check official sources for anything important.

Liability

We provide FreshTV free during the pilot, as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by information from third parties. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights can't be excluded.
